Visual culture and material culture are different from one another but at some point we can say they are even inter related to each other. visual culture is basically the reason behind what it is and material culture is the material used to create that piece of art.

The Real Origins Of Ancient Egypt
I started with trying to find documentary of my time period , and this documentary came into my list .
This documentary was started with prof. Joann Fletcher , being told that people think camels are part of Egypt heritage and culture but the truth is it is not.
She starts by saying " ancient Egypt is instantly recognizable but at the same time completely understood.

this is Qurta around a hundred which is kilometers away from south of luxo . Here, thheir aren't any great temples or big buildings/ monuments to admire but it has signs of ancient life .

Here, their are carvings in the rocks that reveal beginnings of Egypt lifestyles. Here these carved stones show that the wild aurochs were the ancestors of the domestic cow and nearly twenty thousand years ago beef was considered as the main thing on the menu. About maybe fifty percent of their diet included beef.

She talked about how the ancient landscape evolved under the dramatic circumstances.
she said how the ten thousand years ago the gravity tilted the entire earth of its axis by and had a profound effect on climate and as the world began to change Egypt would never be the same again. Here, the rains really were the vital life-bringing force which created the greenery on which wild animals were basically depended but during the the change in climate these rains began to dry up. Due to the rainfall being diminished , forced both animals and people towards large lakes which formed during the rainy season.
Later, Egypt's oldest calendar which was 7 000 years old this stone circle was from nabta playa is the earliest evidence of how egyptian weather forecasters became astronomers. They basically believed that the animals would drink the plants would grow and the world would survive for another year so in many ways this circle represents the solution to the very real problem of survival.
She even ells how Egyptians were not slaves from the starting of time. It was the time where everyone would enjoy life and death. she even tells how Egyptian women had a wide range of rights and freedoms.
By the end of time she tells how the step pyramid stands over 60 meters tall and still dominates the sacara landscape at the time it was the largest building on earth . It is also created as the Egypt's first tourist attraction.

over 130 pyramids would be built across Egypt and one of the largest of all the great pyramid of king Khufu which took over 20 years to build.
This documentary taught made many false this clearer and showed how people of Egypt behaved , how pyramid's came into existence and what not.
